How My Home Hospital Works


You have the choice to call person in or request an appointment directly from our website.

Appointment times are available Monday - Saturday from 9:00am to 9:00pm

What to expect when you call or request an appointment

When you call or request an appointment, you will speak with a paramedic or nurse to get your process started

You will receive a link to be placed in our virtual clinic and speak with a provider for a telehealth screening

Depending on your condition you may be treated virtually or the paramedic or nurse will be sent to your home for additional assessment and treatment

Once the paramedic arrives, they will complete the assessment and you have another telehealth consult with our provider who will determine your treatment plan

After your treatment is complete, you will receive a call-back within 24 hours from one of our providers to check on your condition

During the initial assessment, our provider will screen your condition to make sure your are a good fit for My Home Hospital’s capabilities.

If your symptoms suggest that you would be best served at a traditional hospital, you will not be charged for your evaluation.

My Home Hosptial does NOT provide transport services. 

Emergency Conditions

If you or a loved one is experiencing any of the following symptoms, call 911 or drive to the nearest emergency room immediately:

  • Continuous seizures

  • Symptoms of a stroke (trouble speaking, vision loss, drooping face, arm weakness, dizziness)

  • Severe chest pain, radiating to the neck or arm

  • Loss of consciousness

  • Syncopal episode or fainting spell / passing out

  • Severe respiratory distress

  • Severe abdominal pain

  • Severe bleeding or injury

  • Severe sudden onset headache

  • Drug overdose

  • Pregnancy-related problems
